(This is a 1 Mb Video, Which might take several minutes to load) This video represents actual displacement data taken from a Zygo Interferometer demonstrating tip/tilt performance of all 93 mirrors in our MEMS AO Array (81 of the mirrors are in a circular aperture). One corner of all mirrors in the array is elevating ~8 microns above its starting position, resulting in a mirror tilt of ~0.7 degrees. |
